The vacancy Are you detail-oriented and passionate about quality assurance and data management? DN Colleges Group is offering an exciting opportunity for current employees to apply for the role of Quality & Data Officer. This role is essential in supporting the Quality team and ensuring the effective management of the College's information and quality records.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Heads of Quality with administrative functions related to records management and quality assurance.
- Maintain central logs for tracking and managing EQA reports, TLA summaries, queries, and potential issues.
- Complete audits, facilitate surveys, and monitor results with curriculum leaders/directors.
- Manage the content of the apprenticeship e-Portfolio system to maintain accurate records and data.
- Analyse and prepare reports for Heads in preparation for meetings.
- Support the planning and delivery of training through the LETs team.
- Attend relevant quality meetings, act as a minute taker, and manage meeting logistics.
- Support the collection of data in relation to Data Protection/DSAR requests across the college.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation within the quality team.
Essential Criteria
- Level 2 qualification in Business Administration or Customer Service or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in quality assurance/admin in education.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective organisation, prioritising, and administrative skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to analyse data.
Desirable Criteria
- Qualification in level 3 and above in administration and IT.
- GCSE in maths and English.
- Knowledge of internal and external quality assurance.
