As the Curriculum Director of Adult Skills, you will provide strategic leadership and direction for our adult education programs. The post holder will lead academic staff, fostering a culture of high aspirations and standards. They will ensure students are supported and challenged to reach their full potential. The role involves making the curriculum responsive and relevant to both students and the community, backed by outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment.
