Join our dynamic Service Industries team at North Lindsey College, part of the DN Colleges Group, and play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching across a range of Business, Management, and Enterprise programmes – including our exciting new T Level in Management and Administration.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Business Lecturer who can bring fresh ideas, inspire learners, and contribute to the continued growth and innovation of our curriculum.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across Business and Management programmes.
  • Act as a Programme Lecturer, supporting students through their academic journey.
  • Develop and assess learning materials, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Monitor student progress, attendance, and achievement, using data to drive improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to enhance the student experience and support work placements.
Requirements
  • A relevant degree in Business or a related subject.
  • A recognised teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
  • Minimum Level 2 in Maths and English.
  • Strong subject knowledge in Business, Enterprise, Finance, and Management.
  • Proven teaching ability or potential to deliver outstanding lessons.
