Are you passionate about supporting learners to succeed in their apprenticeship journey? We’re looking for a proactive and organised Apprenticeship Reviewer to join our dynamic Apprenticeships team. In this vital role, you’ll work closely with apprentices, employers, tutors, and assessors to ensure learners are progressing, supported, and on track to achieve their goals.

Essential Criteria

  • Recognised national qualification at Level 3 or above.
  • GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above.
  • Experience working with work-based providers or employers.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Full and current driving licence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular reviews (every 10–12 weeks) with apprentices and employers to monitor progress and set SMART targets.
  • Ensure all review documentation is completed accurately and uploaded to the learner management system.
  • Support apprentices in preparing for End Point Assessment by reviewing off-the-job training logs and ensuring readiness.
  • Liaise with tutors and support staff to ensure consistent and transparent communication.
  • Monitor apprentice attendance, progression, and wellbeing, arranging pastoral support where needed.
  • Carry out initial and ongoing health and safety checks at employer premises.
  • Ensure timely learner inductions and track progress against apprenticeship plans.
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment in line with college policies.

The LET’s Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
