Essential Criteria

  • Level 2 qualification or above (or equivalent relevant experience), plus GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above
  • Experience in an administrative, data‑focused or customer‑facing role
  • Strong IT skills, including confident use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to customer service

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to course and admissions enquiries from prospective students
  • Provide clear and accurate information on courses, entry requirements and admissions processes
  • Process FE and HE applications within agreed timescales
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date learner records and data systems
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve and streamline admissions processes
  • Support the day‑to‑day administration of the Admissions and Enquiries team
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive and supportive student experience
