Contract: Full time, 37 hours per week, term time, 187 days per year.

Job description
Thomas Rotherham College – Inspire Learning Trust, Moorgate Road, Rotherham, S60 2BE. Closing Date: Wednesday 1st July 2026 at midday. Interview Date: Monday 6th July 2026.
Reporting to the Lead Progress Tutor/Tutoring Manager. Responsible for overall academic progress, attendance, personal development, welfare, and successful progression to university or employment.
Core responsibilities include:
- Monitoring attendance and progress of students.
- Providing guidance and support to students.
- Delivering group tutorials and individual mentoring.
- Supporting student personal growth and wellbeing.
