Role Summary
We are seeking to appoint a Nursery teacher to work at this popular and successful, large infant school. The successful candidate will join a committed, hard working and friendly team, teaching well-motivated children whose behaviour is outstanding.
Responsibilities
- Teach children in a nursery environment
- Plan and deliver EYFS curriculum
- Maintain high expectations
- Work in partnership with pupils, staff, parents, and community
- Manage behaviour
- Support pupils’ welfare
- Plan assessment
- Provide professional development support
Qualifications & Experience
- A strong commitment to working in partnership with pupils, staff, parents, and the community
- Excellent classroom skills and high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour
- Detailed knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
- Energy, enthusiasm and a sense of humour
- Some experience of working in a nursery environment
