Contract: Permanent, Full‐time, 37 Hours Per Week

As Head of Service for Safer Partnerships, you will oversee our Safeguarding, Domestic Abuse and Safeguarding Adults Board Management services, working closely with the Safer Partnership Managers to ensure people are supported to live the life they choose to lead.

You will lead the strategic development of the service, working closely with Doncaster people with lived experience of seeking and drawing on support, and senior officers both internally and externally, to shape the future of the service and wider community support, tangibly benefiting the lives of local people.

A relational, rights‐based approach and a commitment to wellbeing in its broadest sense will come naturally to you. You will turn your values into action, role‐model behaviours to lead in a complex system, work across organisational boundaries, and promote the human rights of the people we serve. You will support the Adults, Wellbeing and Culture directorate to make the best use of resources and support high‐quality care and support in Doncaster.
