This is an excellent opportunity to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our school environments across the Trust, with a primary base at Green Top Primary School in Doncaster. You will lead a dedicated team of cleaning professionals in an innovative school setting, directly contributing to providing a safe and welcoming environment for our young people in Doncaster.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate, train, and manage a diverse team, ensuring the consistent delivery of high cleaning standards across all Trust sites. XP Trust is a group of internationally renowned schools, hosting hundreds of visitors from across the world every year, meaning the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation are essential.
The role is based at Green Top Primary School, Middlebrook Lane, Thorne, Doncaster, DN8 5LB, but will require travel to other schools within the Trust to oversee cleaning operations. XP is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and the successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced check via the Disclosure and Barring Service.
