Based at: North Bridge Depot, Doncaster

Salary details: £8.00 per hour / £15,434.27 per annum from 1st April 2026, for all ages in their first year of the apprenticeship. The National Minimum Wage as appropriate to age is then paid for the remainder of the apprenticeship contract following completion of the first year.

Contract Type: 4 Year, Level 3 Trained Apprenticeship

Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week

Professional building maintenance are recruiting a modern apprentice in our adaptations section. We are expanding our domestic adaptations team and are looking for an eager and committed individual to join us.

Our projects team are currently involved in carrying out adaptations to people’s properties, both to council and private properties. These adaptations are carried out in order to make the property suitable for the person living there. These works include the installation of wet-rooms, door widenings, property layout alterations, kitchen installations and much more throughout Doncaster.
