We are seeking a motivated and creative Volunteer Coordinator to lead and support our volunteer programme across three sites. You will play a key role in the full volunteer journey from recruitment and selection through to training, engagement, recognition, and exit ensuring every volunteer has a positive and meaningful experience.

Working closely with staff teams, you will help match volunteers to opportunities, provide guidance on effective volunteer management, and support the resolution of day-to-day issues. You will also maintain accurate records using our volunteer management system and contribute to the ongoing development of engaging volunteer opportunities.

This is a varied and rewarding role requiring strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, initiative, and a positive, people-focused approach. The role involves working across multiple sites, with occasional evening and weekend work.

  • Location: Aurora Wellbeing Centre (Worksop) and other sites across Bassetlaw (flexible working available)
  • Hours: 19hrs per week (Full-time equivalent 37.5 hours)
  • Salary: FTE £25,000
  • Contract: Fixed term (2 years)
  • Reports to: Fundraising Manager
  • Closing date: 5pm 20th May

You will work collaboratively with a range of teams across Aurora services, supporting the growth and impact of volunteering across the organisation.
