We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated individual to provide comprehensive personal assistant support to one of our executive directors and their deputies. If you can demonstrate excellent organisational and planning skills, have a keen eye for detail, and are able to progress multiple pieces of work simultaneously and to tight deadlines, we would be eager to hear from you.
As a key member of the Corporate Secretariat, you will be part of an experienced and supportive team responsible for providing a first-class service to the Executive Team and Board of Directors. You will work extensively with colleagues across the Trust, as well as interacting with partners at a local and regional level, so excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Main duties of the job
As a senior member of the Corporate Secretariat, you will provide comprehensive, customer-focused administrative support and an executive-level PA service.
The role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently, often exercising tact, discretion, initiative, and judgment.
The Executive PAs often act as the first point of contact for the public, stakeholders, and staff, representing the Trust.
The post holder must always project a professional and confident image and demonstrate the Trust values in their behaviour and work.
You will be highly proactive, using your initiative and judgment to manage the executive directors’ diaries and balance urgent and important priorities.
The post holder will be required to provide cover across the Corporate Secretariat to maintain continuity of service.
