Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals Charity is the official charity that supports Doncaster Royal Infirmary, Bassetlaw Hospital and Montagu Hospital.

The charity aims to go above and beyond, providing additional funds to support the Trust in providing additional equipment, services and amenities for our patients, visitors, and employees.

We are now looking for a Charity Supporter Services Assistant to help us make sure each and every one of these supporters is welcomed, supported in their activities, thanked for their efforts and sees the impact of their support in the work that the Charity is able to deliver.

Interviews will be held on Wednesday 5th February 2025 & Thursday 6th February 2025.

Main duties of the job

  1. Act as first point of contact for any fundraising enquiries through email, post and phone, providing an excellent supporter experience.
  2. Deliver high quality outbound supporter care calls, emails and post, including ongoing stewardship.
  3. Meet supporters on site, liaise between them and our NHS colleagues, encourage them to connect and fundraise or give.
  4. Develop and manage our supporter database and provide information and reports as requested.
