We are now recruiting for hybrid working Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Paramedics to make the most of their existing clinical knowledge and take on a new role with a supportive, locally owned assessment provider. As a WCA Assessor you will be providing unbiased, comprehensive Work Capability Assessments (WCA) whilst ensuring a personalised, inclusive and empathetic service for the service user. Benefits Include: * Basic salary £39,500 * + 10% Performance bonus * Hybrid, Approx 2-3 days in clinic per week * Full time * Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9-5pm (37.5 hours per week) * Training: Full time, 6 weeks’ * 25 days Holidays per annum * Company Laptop and Mobile Phone provided * Employee network groups * Scottish Widows Pension Your New Role: * As a WCA Assessor, you will conduct 5-6 assessments per day including telephone/face to face assessment and (Apply online only) word report. * Your cases and appointments will be spread throughout the day allowing you to have greater job autonomy to manage cases to conclusion. * You will assess the full range of health conditions and disabilities affecting the claimant, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual and cognitive impairments. * You will have time built into your working rota for breaks, CPD, audit amendments, requesting and reviewing further evidence and team meetings. Requirements * Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Paramedic. * 2+ years post qualification experience. * Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions. * Excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy
