This is an opportunity for Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Paramedics to further their career with a leading, multi-national employer in a hybrid working role with Full time and Part time roles available. As a Functional Specialist you will be providing unbiased, comprehensive assessments for the Government’s disability allowance (PIP) whilst ensuring a personalised, inclusive, safe and empathetic service for the claimant. Benefits Include: * Basic salary of £38,500 – £41,500* + 5% retention bonus + rising to 10% quality & retention bonus* * OTE: £45,650* * Hybrid Full time, Part time working hours available * Training options: 12 weeks’ (full time), 14 weeks (4 days per week) & 17 weeks (3 days per week) * 25 days Holidays per annum, rising to 27 days with service * Company Laptop and Mobile Phone provided * Access to Health & Wellbeing programme and Headspace mobile app * Annual charity day * Employee network groups * Company matched pension * Life assurance * 15 weeks’ paid maternity * Cycle2work scheme *OTE and Bonus scheme attainable once additional training is complete.
