Take on a new challenge and further your career as a Clinical Assessor!This is an exciting hybrid working opportunity for Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Paramedics to make the most of their existing clinical knowledge and take on a new role with a leading, multi-national employer with Full time and Part time roles available.As a Clinical Assessor, you will be providing unbiased, comprehensive assessments for the Government\’s disability allowance (PIP) whilst ensuring a personalised, inclusive, safe and empathetic service for the service user.Benefits Include:Basic salary of £38,500 – £41,500*5% retention bonusRising to 10% quality & retention bonus*Hybrid Full time, Part time working hours availableTraining options: 12 weeks\’ (full time), 14 weeks (4 days per week) & 17 weeks (3 days per week)25 days Holidays per annum, rising to 27 days with serviceCompany Laptop and Mobile Phone providedAccess to Health & Wellbeing programme and Headspace mobile appAnnual charity dayCompany matched pension*OTE and Bonus scheme attainable once additional training is complete.Your New Role:As a multi-skilled Clinical Assessor, you will manage caseloads from end to end which includes delivering face to face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments, initial review calls, and paper based reports (PBR).You will assess the full range of health conditions and disabilities affecting the claimant, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual, and cognitive impairments.You will have time built into your working rota for breaks, CPD, audit amendments, requesting and reviewing further evidence, and team meetings.Requirements:Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Paramedic.Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions.Excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy.
