If any of this interests you then the role of a disability assessor could be ideal. Working on behalf of the DWP, you will be visiting people in your local area to carry out assessments to make sure they are receiving the support that is owed to them.

Due to a huge number of people missing out on benefits and support that they require to live their life to the fullest, we are looking for healthcare professionals with the required clinical skills and knowledge to visit them in the community and carry out a full assessment and report.

To be eligible for the role of disability assessor you would require:

  • HCPC or NMC Registration
  • Have 2 years post registration experience as either a Nurse (RGN, RNLD, RMN, RCN), Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Paramedic.
  • Have a full British driving licence and a vehicle
