- Prepare surfaces and components ready for painting, ensuring a high-quality finish.
- Carry out sanding, filling, masking and cleaning of surfaces prior to painting.
- Apply primers, undercoats and topcoats using spray-painting equipment.
- Mix paints, primers and hardeners to the correct specifications and ratios.
- Operate spray guns and other painting equipment safely and effectively.
- Ensure consistent paint coverage, colour matching and finish quality.
- Carry out paint touch-ups and rectification work where required.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Ensure paint, solvents and other materials are stored and handled correctly.
