Role Responsibilities:
- Promote Donaldson products and services through commercial and technical support to customers and distributors.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and manage sales opportunities from prospecting through closing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with end users, OEMs, contractors, agents, and distributors.
- Establish communication matrix with different stakeholders across key accounts, engineers, operation and maintenance, plant managers, and procurement.
- Conduct site visits, assess customer equipment, and provide first-line technical support.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations tailored to customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, engineering, pricing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure successful project delivery.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Solid first experience in technical sales.
- Experience in one of the above mentioned applications.
- Proven ability to build relationships and manage key accounts independently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and administrative skills with CRM reporting experience.
- Proficiency in English and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a multinational or internal environment.
- Proficiency in an additional European language and prior experience managing resellers or distributors.
