We’re regularly looking for a highly motivated Service Technicians to strengthen our market presence either in the Industrial Solutions field (applications such as dust collection systems, process filtration, compressed air and gas filtration, industrial liquid filtration, and power-generation air intake systems) or the Mobile Solutions field (applications such as engine air intake filtration, fuel filtration, lube and hydraulic filtration for off-road equipment, trucks, agriculture, and construction machinery).

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Technical on-site support: Starting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting for one of the above mentioned applications at customer locations, with a focus on optimal performance and reliability.
- Customer training and education: Providing practical training to customers and service teams on the correct use, maintenance, and safety of one of the above mentioned applications.
- Aftermarket service & upgrades: Supporting sales by recommending repairs and system improvements. Replacing or repairing components to optimize system performance.
- Diagnostics & failure analysis: Investigating malfunctions/defects, performing root cause analyses, and reporting findings to engineering and product development teams.
- Documentation & reporting: Preparing detailed service reports, recording maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
- Customer relationship management: Building strong customer relationships by providing responsive, expert, and solution-oriented service.
- Collaboration with sales & engineering: Working closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and with engineering to provide field insights for product improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Technical diploma, preferably in automotive technology, installation technology, or similar.
- Fluent in English.
- Valid driver’s license (category B) – required to work at various customer locations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to occasionally work late to complete customer tasks, take weekend on-call shifts, and stay overnight within the UK for more complex service jobs.
