We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented part-time Administrator to support our HR team in delivering high-quality HR services. This role is key to ensuring smooth administrative operations, accurate employee data management, and excellent internal support across the business.

Role Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update HR systems and spreadsheets (including Workday and headcount tracking)
  • Coordinate all HR administration, including contracts, new starters, leavers, absence tracking, and probationary reviews
  • Support recruitment efforts, especially for agency workers, and manage related inboxes
  • Liaise with Finance for accurate employee data and support reporting (e.g., absence stats, training matrices, organization charts)
  • Provide administrative cover for the HR Advisors and contribute to HR meetings and continuous process improvement
  • Support with the Wellbeing Committee and initiatives
  • Any other admin tasks as required to support smooth running of the department and deliver to customer demand
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven experience in administrative roles within a busy office environment
  • Proficient in handling spreadsheets and data entry, especially in Excel
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Ability to take accountability while knowing when to elevate or seek support
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to HR processes such as recruitment, absence, and employee relations
