Donald Russell is seeking a Technical Assistant to support food safety, quality assurance, HACCP and regulatory compliance across its direct-to-consumer operation in the UK.
Reporting to the Head of Technical, you will maintain documentation, conduct goods-in and product checks, support audits and liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
A Level 2 Food Safety qualification is expected; Level 3 is advantageous. Site-based role in Telford with salary £25,000–£28,000.
