We are seeking a Building Safety and Compliance Coordinator focused on asbestos to support the delivery of a professional safety service, ensuring compliance with statutory technical requirements related to asbestos management. This role involves ensuring adherence to the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and other legislative requirements. The coordinator will provide expert technical advice to teams dealing with asbestos, including building safety, assets, maintenance, major works, voids, and development teams.
