Donaghy Bros caters to both domestic and trade customers and prides itself on offering exceptional customer service and competitive prices.

Working Hours: Mon – Sat 9.00am – 5.30pm (Day off mid-week)
About the role:
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be at the heart of the action, helping both domestic and trade customers find the perfect electrical products to suit their needs. Your days will be varied and exciting, from building strong relationships with customers to actively identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions. You’ll also have the opportunity to hit sales targets and be part of an incredibly supportive team, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied.

- Sales & Customer Service Expertise: You’ll be a natural communicator, able to build lasting relationships with customers and offer solutions that truly make a difference

- Industry Experience a Plus: While experience in the electrical retail sector is an advantage, we provide full training to set you up for success!
Requirements:
- Recent and relevant experience in a busy and fast paced sales environment, dealing directly and indirectly with customers
- Have a positive, confident perspective with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure
- Have excellent telephone skills
- Experience in Microsoft 365
- Be self-motivated and have proven ability to work on own initiative and respond to challenges in a positive and persistent manner.
- Be Target Driven
- Sales Experience with Electrical Products would be a great advantage
