As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a creative, positive, energetic, and passionate individual to join our expanding marketing team.
Full Time Permanent
Working Hours: Mon - Sat 9am -5.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop creative and engaging social media strategies, working closely with the sales team to highlight our expertise and extensive product range.
- Create and curate content for a variety of platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and customer feedback, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Analyse social media data and generate reports on key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure innovative content strategies.
- Work closely with our digital partners to develop and curate creative and engaging META advertising campaigns.
- Support the wider marketing team in designing and delivering agreed-upon marketing campaigns.
- Plan, manage, and execute in-store events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Oversee the marketing budget, allocating funds to planned activities and providing regular updates
We’re seeking someone with:
- A passion for creativity and innovation in social media and marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to talk on camera.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
