Don Valley Engineering is looking for an experienced Sales & Client Relationship Manager to drive sustainable revenue and growth across defined markets within the bulk material handling sector. The role focuses on identifying and securing new projects, developing long-term customer relationships, and converting complex engineering opportunities into commercially successful outcomes. You will identify new opportunities, build strategic relationships, and maximise customer value.
Reporting to: Sales & Technical Director
Base: Sandall Stones Road, Kirk Sandall, Doncaster DN3 1QR and various sites throughout the UK
25 days annual leave + pension

What You'll Do:
- Develop and deliver market-specific sales strategies
- Identify and develop new market opportunities in existing markets
- Generate a robust pipeline of engineering opportunities
- Build long-term client relationships
- Provide sales forecasts and KPI reporting
- Represent the Company at events
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years' experience in bulk material handling/heavy engineering
- Strong commercial judgement
- Confident influencer, able to work effectively across all levels of the organisation
- Highly organised and self‐motivated
