About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Office Manager / Administrator to join our growing team at Don Law Racing. This is a varied and hands‑on role combining office administration, finance, and PA support, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. You will play a key role in keeping the office running efficiently while supporting senior management and overseeing day‑to‑day financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office administration, including diaries, meetings, and correspondence
- Provide PA support to senior management (scheduling, travel, dictation)
- Handle finance tasks such as invoicing, expenses, and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records using Sage accounting software
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures
- Support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office
Requirements
- Previous experience in office administration and/or finance role
- Strong typing and dictation skills with high attention to detail
- Good understanding of financial processes (invoicing, budgeting, etc.)
- Experience with Sage or similar accounting software preferred
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive and reliable with a “can‑do” attitude
