DOMVS Estate Agents in Wareham are searching for a capable and driven Property Specialist to join their award-winning Sales team. At DOMVS, we help people navigate some of life’s biggest decisions. We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Negotiator to join our award-winning Wareham town‑centre branch. This is an opportunity to join an award-winning business, supported by an in‑house marketing team producing stand-out campaigns, a dedicated sales progression support team and colleagues who champion each other to deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting viewings and managing buyer enquiries
• Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers and prospective clients
• Negotiating offers and helping clients make informed decisions
• Identifying opportunities to win new instructions
• Maintaining regular communication throughout the sales journey
• Working closely with colleagues across sales, marketing and sales progression
• Taking ownership of your performance and contributing to the success of the wider team

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who combines commercial instinct with excellent people skills. Someone who enjoys winning business, building relationships and delivering great outcomes. You’ll ideally have:

• At least one year of experience within residential estate agency
• A strong knowledge of Wareham and surrounding areas
• A proven track record in sales and customer service
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• The confidence to take initiative and make things happen
• Excellent organisation and follow‑up habits
• A professional, positive and collaborative approach
• A full UK driving licence
