DOMVS Estate Agents in Dorchester are looking for an ambitious Property Salesperson to join their award-winning Sales team. We’re looking for a Sales Negotiator who’s as ambitious as they are emotionally intelligent. Someone who knows how to succeed and does it with integrity. You Bring

  • At least two years’ estate agency experience and an understanding of what excellent looks like
  • Determination, focus, and an understanding of when to push and when to pause
  • A head for numbers and a heart for people, meaning you’ll get results without losing sight of the people behind the sale
  • Strong organisational focus with follow‑up habits that inspire trust
  • A full UK driving licence
