Key Responsibilities (All FOH)

Deliver warm, professional, and knowledgeable service to all guests.

Work confidently with the till system, take orders accurately, and handle payments.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across FOH areas.

Assist with opening/closing duties, side work, and daily checklists.

Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service.

Uphold all health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing laws.

Actively engage with guests to enhance their experience and upsell where appropriate.
BAR SECTION
(For Bar Staff and Bartenders)

Prepare, serve, and present all drinks to company specs including cocktails, wines, spirits, and soft drinks.

Manage bar cleanliness, stock rotation, and preparation efficiently.

Check ID and adhere strictly to the Challenge 25 and licensing policy.

Handle high-volume service periods with speed, accuracy, and a smile.

Keep the bar area clean, organised, and fully stocked at all times.

Participate in menu tastings and drink training to stay informed and confident.
WAITER / WAITRESS SECTION
(For Floor Staff & Table Service)

Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar.

Ensure dishes are delivered promptly, correctly, and with confidence in dish knowledge.

Maintain table cleanliness, manage bookings, and reset tables efficiently.

Deliver exceptional hospitality throughout the entire guest journey.

Handle any guest concerns quickly and effectively, escalating when needed.

Support service across events, private dining, and seasonal menus.
