- AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified
- Experienced in residential surveys and valuations (Help to Buy experience desirable)
- Technically confident with excellent inspection and report‑writing skills

- A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
- In possession of a full UK driving licence (maximum six penalty points) and access to a vehicle
