Your Role

  • Carry out high‑quality residential property inspections
  • Produce professional, accurate and client‑focused reports
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience from instruction through to completion

About You

  • AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified
  • Experienced in residential surveys and valuations (Help to Buy experience desirable)
  • Technically confident with excellent inspection and report‑writing skills
  • Comfortable using modern technology and reporting software
  • Professional, organised and client‑focused
  • A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
  • In possession of a full UK driving licence (maximum six penalty points) and access to a vehicle

A satisfactory DBS check will be required.
