We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, large domiciliary care provider. This is an exciting opportunity for a Workforce Development Lead to take full ownership of leading a team of 6 Regional Trainers and strengthening the organisation’s care training content to ensure it is scalable and commercially viable for external providers.
What’s on offer:
- 29 days’ annual leave (21 days + bank holidays).

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within the care sector.
- Proven track record in managing training teams and developing care-specific learning content.
- Excellent understanding of CQC expectations and workforce compliance.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Valid UK Driving Licence.
