An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to join an established care provider on an interim basis. We are looking for a confident and experienced Manager who can quickly assess a service, identify priorities and implement improvements from day one. You will be expected to provide operational leadership and stability to a domiciliary care branch following a period of change. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening governance, improving compliance, supporting service growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day operational leadership of the domiciliary care branch
- Oversee the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care services
- Review, update and sign off care plans to ensure compliance and quality standards are maintained
- Conduct regular audits and implement quality assurance processes
- Ensure all CQC regulations and governance requirements are consistently met
- Lead safeguarding investigations and support staff with safeguarding concerns
- Support business growth by identifying and onboarding new care packages
- Monitor branch performances and implement action plans where required
Requirements:
- Previous management experience within domiciliary care
- Experience improving CQC outcomes
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and best practice
- Experience implementing and managing quality improvement plans
- Ability to manage operational performance and service delivery
- Experience using NurseBuddy – desirable
