Domus are working with an award winning provider of care looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and hands-on Registered Home Manager to lead a team and work with the Operations team to guide the home back to a Good CQC rating. The home supports 9 adults with Learning disabilities & Autism.
Responsibilities
- Lead, recruit, and develop a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance with CQC and Health & Social Care standards.
- Oversee financial performance, occupancy, and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
- Promote a person-centred culture, enabling residents to achieve their goals and dreams.
Skills and Attributes

Desirable Qualifications
- RNLD or RMN with active NMC registration
