We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a domiciliary care service in Fareham (commutable from Southampton & Portsmouth). This is an opportunity to join an established care provider with strong local authority partnerships already in place and clear scope to grow private and NHS referral streams.

Registered Manager Responsibilities:

  • Leading the day-to-day operations of a domiciliary care service, ensuring safe and effective delivery of care
  • Managing and developing office and care staff, promoting stability and retention
  • Embedding strong leadership, accountability and a positive branch culture
  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Building local networks and developing relationships to generate private and NHS referral opportunities
  • Maintaining and improving CQC compliance, governance and quality standards
  • Supporting the on-call rota and ensuring service continuity

Registered Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within domiciliary care or live-in care
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance and governance frameworks
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
  • Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle
