This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding care and understands the higher standards of service, presentation and attention to detail expected within a luxury care environment. The Role: Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents. Support and guide Healthcare Assistants, setting a positive example. Ensure residents receive a professional, attentive and personalised service. Maintain high standards of care, dignity and resident experience. Build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues.What We're Looking For: Previous experience as a Senior Healthcare Assistant within elderly residential or nursing care. A good understanding of the expectations of a luxury or premium care setting. Professional, well-presented and confident in your approach. Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards. Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for elderly care. Ability to lead by example and work effectively as part of a team.What's on Offer: £15.01 per hour. Full-time, day shifts (8am–8pm).
