Domus Recruitment is working with a growing private homecare provider looking for a proactive Registered Manager to take ownership of a developing service. The service currently delivers approximately 250 hours of care per week, with a focus on private clients and a commitment to providing quality care. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a smaller, growing business, wants to make a difference and is keen to help shape the future of the service. The owner takes a hands-on, results-focused approach and offers flexibility around working arrangements. The provider is open to speaking with experienced Registered Managers as well as ambitious Care Coordinators who are ready to take the next step in their career. What's on offer: Salary of £36,000–£43,500 per annum plus bonus 33 days' annual leave inclusive of bank holidays' Flexible home working, with a focus on results and maintaining team connection Autonomy over working arrangements, subject to business needs Shared on-call rota, approximately one week in three Additional on-call calls paid when required The opportunity to take ownership of a growing private homecare service A hands-on owner who remains involved in the business and values quality of workRegistered Manager Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of the day-to-day running and development of the homecare service Support the continued growth of the service and maintain high standards of care Help develop and strengthen the office-based team Respond effectively to new client enquiries and support the service's ability to grow Maintain strong relationships with clients, carers and colleagues Take responsibility for the shared on-call rota and respond appropriately to operational needs Work closely with the owner to maintain service quality and achieve business objectivesRegistered Manager Requirements: Experience within the care sector, with a sound understanding of care delivery and service operations A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to work at pace Strong organisational skills and the ability to take ownership A genuine interest in developing a growing homecare service The ability to work independently while maintaining good communication with the wider team A flexible approach to the demands of managing a care service Registered Manager experience would be beneficial, but applications from Care Coordinators ready to step up will also be consideredIf you are interested in this opportunity, please contact James Paton at Domus Recruitment for a confidential discussion or to submit your application.
