We’re looking for an inspiring Registered Manager to lead a dedicated team at a vibrant supported living service nestled in the peaceful countryside of Barrowford. This is a chance to take ownership of a truly unique service and to lead with compassion, integrity, and purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and manage your team to deliver exceptional, person-centred support
- Promote independence and choice for the people living in the service
- Ensure high levels of compliance with all CQC regulations and best practices
- Oversee financial performance and manage resources effectively
- Champion the personal development of your staff, ensuring they have the training, tools, and opportunities to succeed
- Ensure accurate reporting and maintain rigorous quality and safety standards
- Be registered (or eligible for registration) with the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
- Ideally you will have an NVQ level 5 but you must hold a full clean driving licence.
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience in supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs
- Experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager in supported living or residential care
- Minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (support available to achieve Level 4/5)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A flexible, confident, and proactive approach
Salary: £40,500 – £45,000 + discretionary 10% annual bonus
Annual Leave: 26 days plus bank holidays (rising to 30 days with service)
