We’re recruiting for a small, independent domiciliary care provider in Leicester. This role suits a confident and capable Registered Manager who thrives in an autonomous environment and is motivated by shaping quality, culture and growth within a close-knit organisation.

What’s on offer:

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all operational and care delivery functions within the branch.
  • Ensure high standards of care, compliance and client safety.
  • Develop business growth through referrals and professional networks.
  • Manage relationships with commissioning bodies and external stakeholders.
  • Provide supportive and respectful leadership to the care team.
  • Handle all client complaints and concerns with professionalism.
  • Maintain full regulatory compliance and uphold CQC standards.
  • Registered Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and exceeding KPIs.
  • Working toward an NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence.
