As the organisation expands into the Dover to Canterbury and everything in between an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to join the team on their expansion. You will benefit from full operational support, plus a well-established network,

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations and delivery of outstanding person-centred care
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships to support business growth
  • Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve excellence
  • Manage performance, complaints, and quality assurance processes effectively
  • Promote a culture of compassion, professionalism, and continuous improvement
  • Be the face of the brand, handling new client enquiries and promoting the service within the community
  • Requirements

  • Experience as a Manager in domiciliary or live-in care (Desirable)
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and risk management
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
