Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:

  • Oversee all operational and care delivery functions within the branch.
  • Ensure high standards of care, compliance, and safety.
  • Develop business growth through referrals and professional networks.
  • Lead, manage and develop the care team.
  • Handle complaints and concerns with professionalism.
  • Maintain full regulatory compliance and uphold CQC standards.
  • Ensure accurate care planning and assessments.

Requirements of a Registered Manager:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary or live-in care.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
  • UK Driving Licence.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessments, and compliance procedures.
  • Confident with digital care systems and managing rotas.
  • Person-centred approach to leadership and care planning.
