I am working with a reputable and growing Domiciliary Care provider in Peterborough. They are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead their team.   What’s on offer: £35,000-£45,000 (OTE £55,000). Excellent bonus scheme. 33 days annual leave.  Registered Manager Responsibilities: To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting to the Regional Manager. To promote the service on social media and in the community to increase new client referrals. To support the start up of a new development. To attend and organise events in the community to promote recruitment and welcome client enquires. To manage the business’ compliance in line with company policy and CQC requirements. To manage clients’ care plans and to be responsible for ensuring safety and high standards for their ongoing care. To manage the development and retention of all care staff.  Registered Manager Requirements: Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in Domiciliary Care. Must be working toward/achieved an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
