This is an exciting opportunity to lead a new domiciliary care branch from the ground up. You’ll play a pivotal role in establishing the service, building strong relationships with local authorities and ensuring exceptional standards of care for clients across Leamington Spa.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational and care delivery functions within the branch
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local authorities and commissioning teams
- Drive business growth through effective market mapping, networking and referrals
- Ensure the highest standards of care, compliance and client safety
- Provide compassionate, motivational leadership to build and develop your team
- Manage client feedback, complaints and concerns professionally and promptly
- Participate in on-call duties as backup
Registered Care Manager Requirements
- Previous experience managing a domiciliary care service
- Proven ability to set, monitor and achieve branch performance and growth targets
- Genuine passion for delivering person-centred care and supporting team development
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
