A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to develop and shape a new domiciliary care service. This isn t a turnaround project, this is your chance to lead a new service and build a thriving domiciliary branch that delivers outstanding care across Bradford. We re looking for a confident and commercially minded Manager who can hit the ground running and take ownership of the branch. Responsibilities: Lead the CQC registration process. Grow hours through both local authority and private care packages Ensure ongoing compliance with CQC regulations and company standards. Build and develop a high-performing team of both office and care staff.
