What’s on offer:
£35,000-£45,000.
33 days’ annual leave (including bank holidays).
Flexible working arrangements following probation.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all operational and care delivery functions within the branch.
Ensure high standards of care, compliance and client safety.
Develop business growth through referrals and professional networks.
Provide respectful leadership to your team.
Handle all client complaints and concerns with professionalism.
Maintain full regulatory compliance and uphold CQC standards.
Oversee the Access system to ensure full digital compliance and efficiency.
Participate in on-call duties one weekend per month.
Registered Care Manager Requirements:
Previous experience managing or deputising within a domiciliary care service.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
Strong leadership, delegation and organisational skills.
A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care and supporting team development.
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
