We are seeking an experienced and passionate Regional Trainer to join a well-established domiciliary care provider with a strong reputation in the sector. As Regional Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a robust training and development programme across West Yorkshire and South Yorkshire.

Regional Trainer Responsibilities:
- Confidently deliver the company’s training and development plans
- Regularly feedback to the company’s Head of Learning and Development
- Provide support and encouragement to all trainees during their learning journey
- Liaise with external training providers for specialist sessions
- Ensure that all administration associated with your areas of training is kept up to date
- Produce reports and updates for management and regulatory purposes
- Support policy development in line with sector standards and legislative updates
Regional Trainer Requirements:
- PTTLS or equivalent training qualification (Essential)
- Level 3 Health & Social Care (Desirable)
- Experience working within a training role in a regulated domiciliary care environment
- Flexible to travel across the West Yorkshire and South Yorkshire region as required
- Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
