We are working with one of the UK’s leading and fastest-growing home care providers to recruit an experienced Regional Operations Manager. This is an opportunity to join a large-scale, well-established organisation with a significant operational footprint and ambitious growth plans. The successful candidate will oversee a substantial portfolio of services, leading experienced Registered Managers and operational leaders while driving performance, quality, compliance and commercial success. This role would suit an experienced Regional Operations Manager or Area Manager who has managed large domiciliary care operations and can demonstrate strong financial, commercial and people leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership across a large multi-site domiciliary care portfolio.
- Lead, support and develop a team of experienced Registered Managers and Operational Managers.
- Drive service performance, growth, quality outcomes and operational excellence.
- Ensure all services consistently achieve and maintain high regulatory standards.
- Take ownership of regional budgets, financial performance and commercial objectives.
- Monitor KPIs and implement improvement plans where required.
- Support strategic growth initiatives and new service development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, local authorities and key stakeholders.
