Domus Recruitment are working with an established provider who are seeking an Interim Manager for one of their residential services in Neath. This Interim Manager will be passionate and experienced to help support a service working with adults with learning disabilities and emotional behavioural difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a strong team of support staff.
- Maintain robust safeguarding processes to protect the welfare of all adults within the home.
- Ensure adherence to CIW standards and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
