An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to join a residential service supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. This role is ideal for an experienced Deputy Manager or Senior Team Manager ready to take the next step in their career. You will work closely with the wider management team and lead a team of Support Workers, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Registered/Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the service and deputise in their absence.
  • Lead, manage, and support a team of Support Workers, including supervision and line management.
  • Oversee the development, review, and implementation of person-centred care plans and risk assessments.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive culture and address behaviours that fall below expected standards.
  • Ensure care plans, records, and reports are accurate, up to date, and compliant with legislation and policy.
  • Manage systems and processes including rotas, incident reporting, and documentation.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of care and support continuous service improvement.
  • Provide hands-on support to individuals when required.
  • Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control procedures are followed.

About You

  • Hold NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (working towards or holding Level 5 desirable).
  • Have experience leading and managing teams within a health or social care setting.
  • Have experience supporting adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and complex/challenging behaviours.
  • Be confident in administering or overseeing medication.
  • Have a strong understanding of safeguarding, health & safety, and care regulations.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of CQC requirements, national minimum standards, and care legislation.
  • Be passionate about enabling people to live independent and fulfilling lives.
